i am wondering about that exhaust. Is your engine mid-mounted, or is this for a 914?

did you fab that up - if so - what is that coating? (ceramic or some sort of paint)

I know this is a Speedy site, but I know so many people here, I thought I would show you what I have been doing to the 914.

Terry - It has a new license plate (914 2.3)

Jack - The original engine was 1971 cc, & fuel injected. It is now a 2270cc with Dells. No Jake didn't build it. His wait is 8 months plus.

Mango - The exhaust was custom made by Triad Industries and Jet Hot coated it. Can't wait to hear what it sounds like. Waiting for a few parts but should be running in a week or so.

Ah, the Teener. Nice cars I am told. I gotta admit to a little draw in that direction as the roomy, well sealed interior, removable top, and mid-engine sound like a great combination to me.

Motor/trans. exhaust look fine Warren. I know you are going to love that car with this new motor. Hope to see you soon!

Looks good. It'll be interesting to see the tuning combo that it likes with that exhaust system.

Nice Warren,you have been busy! 914's are great!

If my new distributor module shows up today, I should have it running. I crossed the pos and neg wires and damaged it. Another novice mistake. Learning is sometimes costly.

Warren, she's a thing of beauty. I'm pretty sure anybody could have made the distributor mistake -- I'm just glad to hear you're 99 percent finished with that part of the project!

The whole car looks sensational, especially considering what you found along the way.
