BAS header, Dynomax muffler, Magnaflow resonator. A little louder under acceleration than I would like. Heat shield between header and rear valance dramatically lowered temperature of fiberglass. Also shows heat shield between header and engine. Also shows a lot of old oil leaks . . oops. Header Chit by Olympic coatings will remove that baked on oil residue, if you like to polish stuff - I don't.

Kevin, the pipes all meet at the collector on the driver's side, there's a Bug stinger on backward as a reducer, then the 2.5" pipe goes forward to the back of the passenger's seat before turning 180. The only flange is right before the muffler.
BT - your coppers and gauge should be there Wednesday.

Chris Foley from Tangerine Racing is here right now building a custom header for our 550 thats being built for the new TV show "Blow it Up"...

He and I have several new offerings in the works as production items, and of course he always has full custom arrangements that will do exactly what you want, look the way you want, sound the way you want and the quality is just plain insane!
OK, after tons of R&D, statistical modeling, breech analyst, and a weld burn to my nether regions. I have finally completed my exhaust. Now the bumper will fit and there is still plenty of room to add heat shielding and adjust the valves. Now I just have to wait until I return from Sandy Eggo this weekend to fire it up and see just how loud it'll be. I am still looking for an exhaust tip though. I could not find the "right" one yet.

I couldn't get underneath far enough to get any more shots of the exhaust, but Butch is in the shop getting tuned for his Trek to Paso, so maybe I can get another view of the plumbing. Chris Foley really does do a nice job. I'm now running dual exhaust as you can see in the second photo I posted today. It seems a little loud, but then it sort of goes along with the burping, belching and general rudeness i was seeking on this build.
