"... you rang ?"

We'll need detailed photos to be able to put a value on this project. It is an eye opener to realize what it costs in parts alone to complete these projects ... five grand in new resto parts is a drop in the bucket and as these part costs rise the value of an older CMC Fiber Fab speedster project drops. My two recent project purchases were $1,150 and $4,200. Keep in mind that a decent driver can sometimes be had in the $14k range it becomes a ballet of, money invested vs. actual cash value. ~Alan
i know it will cost some coin to finish. The top and vinyl for interior is still in boxs in great condition. I have the bumpers and mldgs. Like i say a few of the foam peices for seats are missing. Afew pieces of carpet have been chewed up. I have a new gas tank for it with neck cut down.I will send pics to email. i can't figure out how to load pics to this sight. I have been working on it off and on but i really can't find enough time to really get it done.I'll try and take some pics. Let me know what you want to see. I live in north east pa Tri state area.
I cringe when I look at receipts for my bought new in '89 CMC kit - $7995 for deluxe kit in black gel-coat, $1400 shipping from FL-VA then there's a chassis with engine/trans/tires/wheels (free to me but $2k value).

So good price for someone local who doesn't want to restore a tired used Speedster, wants to select their color and engine mods, or avoid state taxes on finished car. Heck, it 40 hours (per CMC sales ad) you'd be on the road!

Haul it down to Manassas BugOut on Sunday - it will sell there! Send me photos - I'll load up for you.
i have pic availible for email. i know the car needs rear deck lid hinge, fuel sender, horn grilles, front markers, rear tail lamps, missing left of steering wheel dash pad, weather stripes for door and hood openings, upper windsheid frame is a little rough but usable. most everything that came with original kit i have.i have new reman h/lamps from seirra madre. If interested i can email pics.
