Check the photo of the fan shroud in this eBay listing for a FiberFab Speedster. Anyone recognize the fan shroud? What is it?

It is aftermarket junk, IMHO. Easy to change the shroud though if you're buying the car.
^^^What Danny said^^^ They were popular with the dune buggy crowd during the '70's and into the '80's (and '90's, I guess). They look neat but I'm of the understanding that the cylinder to cylinder temp comparison is terrible. They're not well balanced at all.
The only shroud that looks neater (besides the dual entry Carrera unit) is the aluminum centermount shroud that used to be available, but it's cylinder to cylinder temp deltas are terrible as well.
There's not a single vane in there. John Steele LOVED that shroud back in the '00s.
Exactly. It netted him the most profit for the least difficulty of installation. It went along with the taillight guarantee.
I used on my home-made snow blower once !..............Bruce
RUN away from those, lest you want to cook your motor. Junk. I hope they aren't running that car in Arizona....where it's located....
The car is pretty, though. That CMC style got me jonesing for a Speedster back in the early 1980's everytime I saw their displays at some airports.
