UPDATE!!! SoCal Paramount Ranch Cruise

This is on for the 25th of October!

 

10:00AM Meet at the Topanga Ranch Motel - 18711 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA.

10:30AM Depart the Motel and head up Topanga Canyon to the Inn Of The Seventh Ray on Old Topanga Canyon Rd for a late breakfast or brunch.

12:30-1:00PM Head over to Tuna Canyon and drive it all the way down to PCH. Once back out on PCH head to Malibu Canyon and on up to Mulholland Hwy to Paramount Ranch for some photos, tour, and an ice cold beer or two on the down low of course.

From here we may want to continue on over to the Reagan Presidential Library - The address is 40 Presidential Dr, Simi Valley, CA 93065

Tom just throw him in the back seat. I'm sure Nugget will be allowed in the restaurant as its outside and it seems everyone in the canyon is dog friendly!

Eight Cars 14 people so far!

 

I made reservations today for 15. I let them know that it could be more or less. Lets all try and meet at the Topanga Ranch Motel but if you are going straight to the restaurant then the reservation is for 11:30 and ask for the SOC Group. I told them we are the horn section for an International Blues Review Group with an affinity for Porsche 356's.

This is Bruce/Aircooled....I am bringing a Buddy of mine so count me for two people. This will be my "Maiden Voyage" for "Rhonda" so I'm pretty excited. I absolutely do not know anyone who will be attending this Cruise so I'm...I guess...doubly excited !!

Rhonda still has a few carburetor jetting issues so please excuse her "roughness" ....she's still trying to adjust to this social encounter with her "piers" .....Bruce

The easiest place for us OC folks to meet Saturday morning is at the Del Taco on Lake Forest Drive. I-5 north exit on Lake Forest Dr., turn LEFT over the fwy, Del Taco on right side of road (Chevron station).

 

Let's meet there at 08:00/08:30 and leave no later than 08:45 to get to Topanga Motel by 10:00.
