Used CMC body not square on chassis

I just notice something on the use CMC Flareside I just purchased. It is not squared on the chassis. There is a 2" different body to wheel in the front and a 3/4" difference in the back. How many bolts holding down the body ? And are they elongated to help make adjustments?

above and on next screen click members, then scroll down to CMC manual this may help you see how the kits went together.
