Have owned Vintage Speedster for less than a year (built in 2015) everything was working fine until about a week or so ago when the VDO Speedo stopped registering the MPH and mileage. I've checked the connections (all appear as they should be), battery is new and has 12.85 volts, the speedo lights up and performed a "manual calibration" per the instructions. What doesn't happen is the needle does NOT make a "full" sweep of the dial, it only blips. Could this be due to a bad sensor or is it the speedo itself? Any thoughts and suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Is this a cable driven speedo? If so , check to see if the C-clip is still in place that holds the end of cable out at the dust-cap, on the front driver side axle.
The cable itself could be failing, or it could simply need grease.
This is not cable driven works off GPS as it's all electronic...thanks for your suggestions.
Either Greg at Vintage or Carey at Beck would be my first calls.
^^That^^
Both Vintage and Beck install the same Speedos.
Thanks guys I'll try touching base with them Monday....
Issue resolved, checked with Greg and the VDO box under dash must have been changed at some point and it's different from what Vintage uses! Checked with VDO and they were not exactly helpful; suggested I send the unit to one of their repair facilities...
A buddy who's more experienced in GPS than I, suggested I start at the VDO box and work my way to they Speedometer. The VDO box only has 1 light that was blinking "yellow" so knew it wasn't communicating to the satellite. Following the wiring to the speedo it went out! Everything looked good but when moving a wire again it "fell" out of the connector on back of the speedo!!
Repositioned the wires with a new connector and with in a few seconds the light on the VDO box went from Yellow to GREEN! All good now...
