With the stock 36mm venturis in dual 44 IDFF's try F11 emulsion tubes, 140 mains, 185 air corrections, and 52.5 idle jets. "Top" float level of 10mm to 11.5mm (as long as both are set the same); "drop" float level of 20mm (instead of factory setting) will reduce fuel bowl "slosh" during cornering. make sure your fuel pressure is between 3.0 and 3.5 psi.
Duh, I should maybe learn to read. Your current jetting is probably OK but your air correction is probably (?) a little too large (lean). My experience has been that smaller carbs/venturis usually need smaller air corrections than larger carbs/venturis from midrange RPM up (say 3,500 to 6,500 RPM).

An old Weber tuning rule of thumb is that an air correction jet sould normally be 50 to 60 larger than the main jet (normally aspirated engine with gasoline). If it were me I'd try 175 air correction jets; if they are too rich move up to 185s.
