That’s a mid-80s Carrera with 935 bodywork and some RUF-spec stuff on it. .  The color is awful. If it was white, perhaps even the black wheels would be acceptable.

Different era, different tool. The Porsche prototype at that time was the lovely 904.

FWIW, Those Abarths are tiny. Probably 550 tiny, or smaller. Those are 13” wheels.
