I'd stay as far away from that thing as possible.

Seller looks like a small time used car seller (curber) though - with one complain about speedo mileage fanagling (odo roll back) and salvage title issue (hey, might be same vehicle since it too has a salvage title!) . He's got 2 other cars for sale now. I'd definately hesitate to buy it sight unseen - would want to look it over real careful.

And it DOES look like it's sitting a little oddly, doncha think?
