Just a couple of pics from the Sunset Cruise to Laguna Beach - SoCal! GQ and his crew rocked in their 50's style get-up, Desi with his bowling shirt and wing-tip spats and Becky in her Poodle-skirt and pony-tail were ready for the sock-hop, Brad styling in his Sunset Strip lid and Debbie keeping him somewhat under control (NOT).

What a great evening with cool folks - Desi even scored us 2 HUGE banana-split sundaes for FREE at Ruby's 50's Diner!

Hey Dan -

How was it at Pebble Beach? See any cars you'd like to take home. Did you get a chance to see Jack Brabham?

Hope you had a chance to stick around for the Historic Races at Laguna Seca - that was always a highlight for me, particularly watching the IMSA series cars. Hope you have some pics to share.

Anyway, we missed you on the Sunset Cruise, it was a blast. Hope to see you at the next SOC event!

Peace - Out!
Hey Dan!

Your IM would draw a crowd anywhere it goes. Sounds like you had a good time. When you mentioned books autographed by authors, does that include Sir Jack Brabham (racing legend)? Wasn't he the guest of honor at the Historic Races that weekend?

Anyway, the Pacific Grove show is always very cool - and I would have suggested dinner at the Passionfish Restaurant (on Lighthouse Ave,).

I'd like to see those autographed books at our next SOC get together.

Peace - Out!
