Does anyone have any feedback on this speedster manufacturer? Or does anyone own one of their cars? Not sure if they are still in business but would like some feedback please. Thank you.

Nope - Their Facebook page proclaims "Vintage Motorcar is the world's largest manufacturer of the timeless Speedster." Well kept secret! (Dash looks like VS.)
Wasn't there a guy some time back from AZ who said he was buying VS and changing the name? Is this that?
That is the guy. The deal evidently fell through.
So he has struck out on his own and claims to be the world's largest speedster manufacturer already. The answer is in the details..... does he personally outweigh all the other manufacturers, does his mfg. facility have more square feet of space than the others, or what, cause if he is the largest speedster maker in the world based on number of units produced then the entire SOC has been asleep at the proverbial wheel. He claims he builds his cars in Long Beach, Ca., interesting.
I read thru the whole online page and a lot of it is word for word from VS's website. Most likely a retail showroom/dealer for VS.

If you don't grab it, I'm seriously considering it. A few $10,000 deposits would sure help out with some household projects I've got going now.
There's plenty of claims for things, but I think Bob is onto something.

It's really very simple. "the largest speedster manufacturer...". He builds a car that is 22 ft long by 9 ft wide.
Looking for a Speedster not a Tubster. If anyone has a lead to a known source reliable 1 owner model, please let me know. No one else has one in my area so can't relate. Thank you!

You're not getting the answer that you asked for. All joking aside this is a new dealer who was looking to buy Kirks business Vintage Speedsters in Hawaiian Gardens. The car Justin just listed is as good of a deal as you will get on here. I would look at that one before all else.
So if sale had gone through would VS production move from CA to AZ? So rather than buy VS new guy just got to resell VS cars? It does look like his restoration shop has capability to build the cars - or at least do final sort out. I know VS built a lot of cars - doesn't VS web site say 2700? But surely that doesn't come close to # of kits the FF/CMC/Street Beasts company produced over the years (granted many are unfinished).
Kirk has built over 3000 cars as of 5 years ago. He doesn't keep his site up to date. My guess is he is probably pushing 4000 cars by now. A large percentage of those cars go to Europe. The original 356 has virtually disappeard in Europe due to rust. As I stated before. Kirk had a deal to sell his business to the guy in AZ. I do not know the details, but it must have fallen through as that was two years ago.

I don't know, but he's likely selling actual cars, rather than just taking money as some other people are doing. Kirk produces enough cars that he can keep a bevy of resellers stocked with product. I'm guessing that's where this place stands.
