Both Aircooled and ISP west ( http://www.vwispwest.com/search?sq=Shifter ) carry their shifters... Not sure about the black manba line , but they stock their classic line.

i would just order straight from MT ( the owner of Vintage Speed). I have ordered products 4 different times, and all transactions and customer support has been excellent. He is awesome to work with, and depending on work load he is willing to customize your order... Paint black or silver, change thread on the shifter to fit Porsche size knobs, etc... Good company and relatively quick shipping.
