I have been trying to reach Vintage Speedsters of Hawaiian Gardens CA. Looks like they moved operations to Scottsdale AZ. I've called, their voice mail is full, I've e-mailed, no response.
Does anyone know if Kirk is still in business?
Thanks Jon

Thank you
They need to get in 21st Century! Answering machine can easily be programmed to say "Sorry, Were Closed for Holiday call back on 2 Jan 18" and same for web site. I don't begrudge them shutting down for holiday - just follow normal business practices to let customers know.
I just spoke with Justin and he will be posting about the BIG changes for Vintage on the SOC very soon. Stay tuned.
Hope Justin will make the trip to Carlisle !

Is he going to be making a Boxster based Speedster?
Lol. That, I can assure you, he will not be doing.

Maybe a Spyder with its mid engine layout...
I'm holding out for a coupe -
" Is he going to be making a Boxster based Speedster? "
More likely a Speedster based Boxster.

There is REAL opportunity for him in the market. I wish him all the success in the world.
Hello all,
I just tried making a post on here to try to give everyone an update and a brief introduction. There will be more to come and I look forward to getting to know you and once we get settled even peoples ideas of what they would like improved on the car. I dont think I am quite ready for that onslaught yet but... I think customer feedback is important. Obviously moving an entire business is a major task and my hands will be very dirty and busy for a little bit but I look forward to being a part of this community
I am! I actually have a brother who lives in Carlisle! I also have a Wedding Aniversary and a Birthday to contend with as well in May. What are the dates?
I asked Kirk if he had ever been and he said he never had a chance to go... I told him I might have to buy him a plane ticket so he can see what his creation 30 plus years ago has turned into. I think that would be an amazing thing for him to see.
Obviously it would be a good thing for Vintage Speedsters to go as a business as well to meet everyone and see everything! This is for sure on my to do list. I hope I can make it happen this year.
Hello Justin, I'm sure everyone will look forward to meeting you at Carlisle May 17 - 20 Do a search here under Events: Carlisle 2018 for the Hotel and other info. I'd like to invite you to say a few words at our Saturday night dinner. Hope you can get Kirk a seat on the plane as I've bought parts for 44 speedster projects to date and have yet to meet him. ....Cold beers await ~ Alan aka Drclock
Best wishes to Justin and crew!
