Hi there I ordered a car from this company in 2020 and we just keep getting the run around and now their website is down. We gave them a 50 percent deposit. I read online that someone went to look to see if it was a legitimate business I guess my question is has anyone ever gotten a car from this new company since Matt took it over? I am getting very worried. They just make excuses.

You're correct in that a recent customer posted about their issues with contact and communication. Especially since that customer is on the other side of the pond as they say. Anyway, it turns out this is company is still in operation and that was confirmed by one of our Arizona members who went by and took pictures.
If they have decided to stop communicating with you send them a registered letter from an attorney that they need to contact you by a certain date and give you a completion date or refund your money. Then take that money and buy from Vintage Motorcars, Inc in Hawaiian Gardens, California or from Beck/Special Edition in Bremen, Indiana. I'm not sure who you are closest to since your profile just says you live in the United States.
Robert pointed out the two remaining companies in this market space that have consistently good reputations for service. All evidence indicates that Vintage in AZ can't be described that way. I'd recommend following Robert's advice.
