My Kirk Built VS  was transported in to the edge of the Navajo reservation , Easter Monday 1999.   So far all I've had to do is routine maintenance , Tune ups, oil changes.  I have the Basic VW Engine.  26K Klicks on the engine.  I did have an Ignition Switch short out Feb 2013, Which fried my Wiring Harness.  Kirk. sent me a new one in 5 days and after 10 Hours, rewiring the beast I was back on the road again.  He's always been there to help or answer any of my off the wall questions.  Lucky in love and Lucky in life with my VS.

Looks nice! I was at the shop when they were going over the new site. I can't remember the gentleman name who was helping, but he was a really nice guy and owner of multiple VS (if I remember correctly). Glad they got the site up and running!

Theron? Was the guys name Theron?

Yes! I believe so. I do remember him saying he lives up north. In your neck of the woods...

For those of you who don't already know it,  Theron is the administrator of our SOC site.

That was a very rare sighting that you had of him.  He keeps a pretty low profile.   Rarely ever comes to any of the West coast events, hardly error posts.

Yep, it was me.  The last few West Coast events have conflicted with life, mother's surgery, death of a friend, pneumonia, etc.  I hope to get back to one soon.
