Wheels are 7" on the front and 8" in the rear. 2" custom Billet spacer/adapters from 130mm to 5 on 4.75. Using spacers can be tricky, the rears are made in two pieces for each spacer....the 3/4" inner spacer bolts the the hub with recessed VW wheel bolts, the 1-1/4" outer spacer ring is bolted to the inner spacer section using recessed grade 8 fine threaded Allen head cap bolts. This makes for a strong combo and fills out the wheel wells.

Miata show bar, takes about an 1.5 hours to fit into a speedster. Have to use a stainless steel one instead of a chrome unit. All four attached tabs need to be removed and ground smooth. I then made a simple set of brackets to secure the bar to the inside of the rear seat tub area.
This show bar is an inexpensive way to get the look but if you look closely the center of the hoops are 1" outboard of the center of the seats but not really noticeable. I made up a set of canned installation instructions if anyone wants to go with this type of show bar.

Well gang , last night I took my speedster out on some back country roads and enjoyed a half hour of intense hammering through the twists and turns returning home with a smile.
I found out this week that in the coming weeks ahead I'll have to have the spinal surgery that some of you are aware of and hemmed and hawed as I really like this speedster but decided to play it safe making a decision to sell the speedster to maintain stability as I don't know how long the recovery process will be. You all "know me" and there will be yet another as soon as I am up and running.
It is on eBay,

Best Wishes, Dude ! ! ! !

Probably be joining the ranks sooner than I'd hoped.

So, my Dad went in three months ago to have a tumor and about a fifth of his skull removed . . . . he just came over to visit last week in a brand new Mustang !

He's 88 this month, still has a bandage on his head and another where they took the skin and bone from his hip for the graft, plus he likes a cane to make up for the lack of balance resulting . . . . he stumbles into the dealership and the salesman says, "You know, I can see you in a new Mustang. "

And the old man goes, "I think you're right ! "

WHAT ! ! ! ? ? ? ! ! !

You'll survive just fine . . . .

Luck,

TC
