Hi I was wondering what your techniques and what products you guys were using to care for the canvas top and the plastic rear window. Ray

What?
These cars have a canvas top with a plastic rear window?? Who'd have known?
Just kidding Ray. Once in a while I put the top up (so I'll remember how) and I vacuum the top from the inside and outside and I clean the plastic window, that's it. If it was really moist where I live, which it isn't, I might store the car for the winter with the top up, no side curtains, to keep the mildew down. But like I said, it isn't very moist here and I drive the car year round.
It IS very moist here, and I leave the top down (mine is permanently attached to the car) most of the time, without mildew problems. I clean it with detailer like the paint, but I also have tome plastic polish for the occasional scratch. If you ever accidentally crimp the window folding the top you can remove the crease with careful use of a heat gun on low.

I've had so many sports cars with creased, etc. rear plastic windows, so this time I asked Henry to make the rear window zippable. That way, I can undo it so it lays down flat, put a cloth over it, and lower the top.
That should also give me some ventilation on hot days up here.
Bob, roadsters have a zip window and you fold it down I think your car has this from the web photos. I finished my car then it dawned on me that I should have had a modification that would allow me to change the window completely by simply unzipping it all around as I remembered that I needed a new window on my old roadster and the only way was to have it done professionally or send it to the maker... Now that would of been a neet upgrade but I forgot. Ray
I vacuum my top. Good tip on the heat gun to remove creases. I hope never to have to use it!
I have used RaggTopp cleaner to wash it for all stains I took some H202, also known as hydrogen peroxide diluted to bleach the area, I used it on a beige/white canvas top. Once all nice and clean I used waterproofing by Raggtopp once and the following year I used this water repellant that seemed much better.... http://gtechniq.com/products/auto/i1-smart-fabric-ab
