TP, i will keep in touch. The past owners of tiger have all used 10/30(according to their documents) so i dont want to change on a 1965 motor(73K) that runs perfect.

Today, I made my annual run for mandarins up in the I 80 foot hills.
Apparently, You jerks have ALL the sunshine. Coming south, it was time to put away the sun glasses @ Jackson Rd. down in bugorama land.
For sure, your hills don't suck at all in the winter.
I'm sooo smart that I have to relearn this lesson every year!

Jim, thanks. It is such a pleasure to have a car that starts everytime and i dont have to screw with the friggin webers every week. If i ever have another speedy it will have a water cooled engine in it.
Ernie, i invited u. Knuckles brought his buddy who was driving a Z3, nice guy and he fits in with all us old geezers.
It was a little foggy in Folsom but a few miles up it is all sunshine.The cars heading up the hill towards Tahoe are jamming up Hwy 50, apple hill and xmas trees i guess. I lived in the valley for many years and we wouldnt see the sun for weeks on end, that chill goes right through you.

While stationed at Mather AFB in Rancho Cordova in the early 70's, there were some good times had in Folsom, Auburn & Placerville. Hence, the moniker 'Guamaniac' on my profile.
