Here's a line of BS that you can slice with a knife . . .

I can hardly wait until he get's back with the details of his paper trail search. It's a kit car with a 912 engine and questionable/possibly illegal title, where's the mystery?

The Tennessee plate says Loudon. I believe Hoss lives in Loudon. Hoss, have you ever seen this car?
He has a whole list for sale.

he has all the cash for clunkers rejects...
Actually, it's kind of overwhelming!
Wow! A real 356!!!! Rebodied, of course.
It reminds me of the Steven Wright schtik: (He's holding up an axe) "This is the same axe George Washington chopped down the chery tree with. It has a new handle.....and a new head, but it occupies the same space."

He's got a buyer on the line - shows pending! He sure wants a lot for rusty old VWs - they were right when they said "thar's gold in them thar hills" of Tennessee --- 'cept it unobtainium and not gold.

Speaking of tools....I sent the following snip
Your automobile is certainly one unique car as they didn't tool a wide body...
Please remit the motor number for consideration.

Guess we'll have to break the news gently when the buyer shows up here ~

If it's a real porsche, why is the hand brake between the seats instead of under the dash?
Dan...like some of us use a Porsche umbrella handbrake to replicate a real 356, someone here has gone through a lot of fabricating trouble to make a real Porsche look like a replica. Clever fellow! But a bona fide Porschephile would see through that rather feeble effort to disguise the real worth of this car.
