FiberSteel advertised them years ago - don't think they ever made it to market though.

I emailed FiberSteel and Russ said they are no longer available - bummer - I'll keep looking.
You can make your own, although the sliding part wouldn't be easy. I went with pop-out aircraft vents, which work well if it's not too warm outside. I am still looking for easy ways to fabricate larger openings that will not leak too badly.
