I have no idea if they are the same quality or not. Also, they have some pretty cool horn buttons! Check out the sun and moon button.

Looks like there are other places for around the same price. Vee Dub Parts and CIP1 as an example.

Beware cheap, floppy Banjo wheels. Remember, a steering wheel is the first part of a very important connection between your hands and the road. That is why I went with Nardi.
I am not sure I have ever found a cheap banjo wheel, but I have found 3 floppy wheels from 3 different sources over the last several years. I finally gave up on the idea as all 3 were too flexible for my liking and the diameter (gripping) of the rim itself is about 3/4", which is too small for my hands to grip comfortably for any period of time. I love the look, can't live with the ones I have had....went to a 4 arm Moto-Lita vintage race car look wheel.
