I appreciate all the hits on my request. Just a nother thought to speed up my process of buying the car i want. I have a 2004 BMW r1150rt Black in perfect condition that I will trade with cash for the right speedster. This bike is the supreme daily commuter back and forth to work. Bike is easily worth 12,000.
well it has been a tough road to find the perfect wide body and I have found myself looking at the original bathtub style's again to get myself into a car before the summer comes. It looks like I'm going build a new wide body through Vintage Speedster to get exactly what I want. If anyone has any suggestions on what to have added to the new car, like things you wish you had asked for when building your's, would be a big help. I know nothing about the motors, I just want a everyday driver that is reliable and never over heats and of course the biggest I can go for power. Thanks for your input. Also If any one has any pictures of a bad ass 356 they saw at a show or somewhere out driving I would like to see them to get future idea's (paint, chrome, interior colors, add on extra's). You can post them here or send them to lasobadboy at earthlink dot net

Well gentle men it looks like everything you could ask for on a Speedster from Vintage Speedster will cost me $26,000 for the wide body and a 1915 motor. Those guys are sending 90% of what they build to Europe at this point but they will stop what they are doing to build one for us locals. Thanks to all who gave me the info on what to include on my dream ride.
Yes Desi thanks again for all the help and input. I'll let you know when I'm rolled in style and we'll hook up.
