I`m looking to buy a nicely detailed 1/18th Diecast model of a Speedster. It need not be new nor be in a box. Just a nicely detailed (Must be 1/18th scale) Diecast model.

Ebay has some very good ones. They can be as low as $4.60 and as high as A couple of hundred if a true collector 356A. Do a search using Porsche 356A Speedster. I bought a great one !

I`m in there already in the search column. I`ve been looking almost daily & coming up empty handed.

There are quite a few "SMALLER" 1:43rd. scale but a 1/18th scale seems to be tuff. I currently have a "Yellow" 356D Rdstr. thats pretty cool looking but not a "SPEEDSTER".

Whats yours look like?

"THANX" for the heads-up but I already have that exact one on display at my home.

The "ILLUSIVE" one I`m searching for is the `55-`57 Speedster - 1/18th scale. I`ve only seen "ONE" on ebay a couple of months ago & I lost in the bidding process! It sold for a good buck ($135.00).

Keep looking folks and please keep me posted should you come across one.

I did google it (356 Porsche Speedster - 1/18th scale Diecast).

Lo & behold!! Ebay in UK. Buy it Now @ approx. $84.00 includes shipping (Red or Blk). It is Mfg. by "Kyosho". I have a few of their diecasts and they`re really nicely detailed.

I just went to order it & Its "NOT" a "Buy It Now" auction. The $84.00 is the opening bid!! Here we go. Wish me luck.

Those 1/8th Diecasts are really nice but until I hit the lottery; Its going to have to be a 1/18th scale for $84.00. Balance will be used towards the purchase of a real Speedster.

I just sent them an email as to what I`m looking for. They have a "356B" from Burago for $36.00 now. I`m not int. in a "B". So; I simply asked them to let me know when they get one in.

I`m watching one on ebay right now thats bid up to approx. $70.00 + shipping. Its coming from the "UK".
