Giday, Gary. Easy to bring into Canada if you play within the rules. 1. Vehicle must be constructed more than 15 years ago. 2. You must export the vehicle correctly from the US and that means have a clean, legit title and bill of sale that you submit to the US border lads 72 hours prior to crossing. 3. Enter the Canuck side with vehicle and documents and pay the Federal tax, then go to your local, Provincial licence office, tell them your story with paperwork in hand, give them the Provincial share of the tax and they issue a new title and a set of plates if you have insurance coverage.

As David said, it's quite easy to do Gary. I did it with a Florida car in march. Got a certificate of authenticity from Henry with the bill of sale + title and everything went well. You can have a broker like Delmar help with customs (they took care of all the paperwork). I had the car inspected by the SAAQ (Quebec) and that's it.
