I have a set of bumpers you can purchase but no brackets. They will need to be painted. Can give you a good deal but shipping is never easy with these types of packages. PM me
Thanks
Dale
That "newly" found place VintageSpeesterParts has the bumper brackets for reasonable. Hard to believe $8.95 is for a pair? An $24.95 for beam portion. They could be easily fabricated but would need sample or measurements.

Be a cautious of the new found place when they state "handling" charge on large items i.e glass, header bow etc. this is a whopping $80 up charge..plus the normal $15 shipping !

Wolfgang,
Could you help me with the last picture of the beam portion or as VintageSpeedsterParts has listed as the bumper front. I have nerf bumpers now, so unfamiliar with how it would be used to support the front bumper. The front and rear bumper brackets appear fairly straight forward. Thanks.
Jim
That last part gets rotated counter clockwise 90 degrees and using 2 U shaped (like muffler clamps) to connect to the front H beam. Leon may have used it to connect the nerf bars/tow hitch to. There is another piece that holds ones in rear - but suspect they were used for nerf bars too. Take picture of what nerf bars were mounted to in front. Here's picture of mine BEFORE I modified (knotched) it to clear the front sway bar.

Thanks... my inquiry was more so as the ones currently on the car looked quite different than the one you showed above from vintagespeedsterparts. The ones on my car look like the one above, flat back plate connected to the front of the H beam. But instead of two tubular bars coming from it, there is only one. Leon welded another piece to that bar which created a dual purpose bracket to connect both the tow bar and nerf bumpers. Works well, just looking at what I would need to do if I chose to go back to adding bumpers to the car. Very much appreciate your help!
The ones that came with CMC were like the ones for sale at VSparts. If you have an aftermarket heavy anti-sway bar (probably stook even) it interfers greatly with the bumper bracket. To correct interference it has to be cut, pieced and rewelded. Different ways to do that but photo is how I chose to do it. (Photo is tack welded before I had final welding done on it). More strength could be obtained (say if it was for a tow bar mounting point) by filling in between the tubing with steel plate. Leon's tow bar system was fast to install and a great solution over having to carry a large bulky beam mounted tow bar which would have to be modded to clear bumper brackets.

That's it minus the upper and lower tubular bars. Looks just like a "T". Has an extension that bolts on which provides an extension that protrudes out from the body thru the bumper bracket holes. As you stated once the nerf bumpers are off, easily hooks up to the tow bar. Leon did a nice job in crafting.
