Mike,   I may be able to help  post a pic or two.......... A couple of options are ) I have fiberglass blanks and I think unused black DTR cover too...) if vinyl covered you can fill the hole and  just get it recovered. If need be, I also have a guy here that makes me sets of door top rails and are reasonable.

@Alan MerklinI don't know what pictures you would post. I have the fiberglass piece and the old cover with a hole in the wrong place. If you have a cover that would be great.  Otherwise, I may try to move the post on the plastic piece.

@WOLFGANG, I marked the holes on the top piece using the holes in the plastic piece but still got it wrong on one side. It must have slipped a bit between hole 1 and hole 2.

You know......   You could always just get some Bondo and fill the door rail and then re-drill a new hole.  I think the CMC manual tells us to fill the back side of the door  rail with Bondo, too (or some sort of "epoxy Putty").
