Wanted: Envemo Coupe

A few of these Brazilian built Coupes are still around.

I believe Envemo built a coupe and a cabriolet.

Any condition, running or not.
Any info will be appreciated.

They are rare as hen's teeth! There was a silver one about a year ago on THESAMBA for $8k! I must have been asleep when it was listed. Wiring the $ to Nigeria might have discouraged me though.

The coupe pictured is mine, and in my barn, and NOT for sale, so yes that was a scam...

There have been at least 2 legitimate coupes surface for sale in the last 3 years. One was here in Houston, very bright red, body was decent with a recent repaint, chrome was bad, and it had a gas tank leak that kept me from driving it. It sold for +/-$18,000, I had a check in my pocket for the full amount when I went to see it. I left with the check, not the car. I don't know what became of it, but it sold fairly quickly.

The second coupe was up in Maine (about 3 years ago) and was a bit rough...it sold to one of the people on this list and he has it on the road in black primer these days. I wanted to buy it but being in Maine, and me on business in France, and the car needed to go to Texas....that one did not work out. The asking price for it was +/-$8000 if I recall correctly...

Pete Van Rossum has the one from Maine that is now in black. It's very nicely done, and the satin black actually looks very nice on it. Very much an outlaw, but tastefully done.

Is it a light yellow one? I saw a light yellow coupe running around your area last time I was up that way.

I sold a light yellow coupe to an older gentleman in the Penn. area. It had leather interior with air. Cool car. Tom

yes carey, its the yellow one with brown int, hes a retired g.m. empleyee, and into british cars. he hasnt driven the envo in years, maybe ile get it? bill

Best thing I ever did is buy the Envemo from Maine I realy enjoy it if anyone gets a chance to buy one do not hesitate they are great !!
