if you are using a Nardi wheel, you can use the enamel hub cap crest from NLA/Stoddard.

for Nardi bolt pattern wheels, you can buy a horn adaptor ring manufactured by Beck, JPS, or Seduction motorsports.  These adaptor ringsaccommodate 60 mm horn buttons... By coincidence the same size as a P car hub cap crest. This installs over your standard Nardi horn button....  Call any of them for availability and cost.

If you rather use a banjo 81mm horn button ( which I believe is the same size as the OEM P horn button) you have a few choices to use with Nardi or Nardi bolt pattern wheel.  The most inexpensive option I found wasto buy an ISP West hub with banjo size 81mm horn button adaptor.

using a standard black or Ivory banjo horn button, you can also purchase a 356 hood crest ( which happens to have the same radius/ profile as the born button), and using paper thin two sided molding tape you can adhere the crest to the horn button.

And if you don't like feeling the raised crest over the horn button while you drive, you can use clear epoxy to float the crest over the banjo horn button like the original P horn buttons... I posted a "how to" on my simple epoxy horn buttom experience about a year ago.

Thanks Carl appreciate the help

I am not sure whether or not the price point will be what you are looking for but this fellow does excellent work. (http://www.classicowheels.com/index.htm) I believe he provides some parts to Intermeccanica.  I have been in his shop and expect he could make whatever might be required from the wheel to hubs, etc. to fit your needs.

I had an issue with my horn button assembly and got a lead to him from Robert at IM.  He fixed my issue quickly.  I was quite impressed by the quaility of what he was turning out.
