I used a bus flywheel, 210 or 215 cant remember. check the sites below for machining specs.

Rich - You didn't fill out location in your SO account nor state in your email. I have an extra one but from your email address, you appear to be in the UK. Mailing a 25# hunk of steel from US could be very costly. You are right - you need one from a 1.7-2L about '72 (in US anyhow) to '76 VW Type 2 (bus) --- or a standard trans 411/412 (aren't many of those even imported to US).
