yes it is ready to sand ,paint ,clean up interior I have all gauges ,wiring marked for reinstallation,have the top,have an extra set of new rims wich go with the car,and all parts to rebuild the 1600 engine and put it back in . would not take much, 13500 or best offer . call 732 254 3040 or email me at smg365@yahoo.com located on east coast central jersey 08882
