Troy, I understood the man to say that the car had not been waxed since it was last repainted. I'm not sure why he would not do it after the paint was properly cured. He obviously lives in a warm climate area so I would think that he would want to keep a coat of wax on it. Maybe you should contact him to find out why? Hoss
I'm 66 years and I've never been waxed either. I'm told it really hurts when they remove it? Besides, I might look a little strange afterwards, after all these years of not waxing.
