Hey everyone!  I need numbers for Saturday lunch and dinner yesterday!  I can't finalize anything until I know our totals since we're about to outgrow our dinner room.

Here's who I have so far with the number in parenthesis the total for the meals.

If you're not counted in by the end of the week, you take your chances! We're a month away and I need to start finalizing costs and collecting money based on those costs.  Let me know ASAP if you're in, but not on this list.  Sorry if that's seems abrupt, but I refuse to grow up and be responsible!!

"What we need to do is start getting a head count for everyone that's planning to attend.  Please contact me by email at hammerinatgmaildotcom with the dates your attending, whether or not you're staying at the Quality Suites with us and if you'll be eating lunch and/or dinner on Saturday with us."

Please include whether or not you're wanting lunch and dinner with us and how many since some folks fly solo.  If you've already contacted me and I've replied, then you're already counted in!

Shaping up to be a good group this year.  Sitting at about 45 with a few names not counted in yet.

That looks like a great route @Terry Nuckels. I vaguely remember driving through Hollister before.

I was going to take 49 all the way down to Oakhurst (south entrance of Yosemite), then 41 down to SLO. Maybe I'll take 25 on the way back up.

Any thoughts on Rt 49 & 41?

It all depends on what time you're headed out.

SR49 to SR41 is fine and SR41 to SLO is easy as well.  SR41 will take you through the heart of Fresno and depending on the time of day it may be pretty warm/hot. SR41 just south of Fresno is a well paved two lane road and heavily traveled by semi-trucks so it can get slow and a little crowded. Once you get to Fresno SLO is only 3 hours away.

News Flash!!

I just received an email from the hotel (Quality Suites) regarding our blocked rooms.  Apparently, 3 rooms dropped off after the cutoff of May 1st per our agreement, but my contact has agreed to reinstate them until this Friday.

For those who procrastinate, now's your chance to join us at the hotel!

Hey guys here I am work season so barely ever on. Im calling the hotel now and Scott put me and my wife down for both the lunch and dinner. LEt me know where to send the money.

  Also for the shirts, if you guys want to do t shirt I can supply all the shirts for no cost just need to get a count and size and the final design every one wants to do! I will make them at my shop!

Scott Norton and wife for dinner and lunch and all the fun that comes with. You guys rock and Scott that for doing everything you do to get this event together!!

@Terry Nuckels and @Ryan (formerly) in NorCal might be close to you. Maybe one of them can pick it up or you could take it to them. Otherwise if you send it to me I can take it to SLO. You'll just have to package it up real good to keep it from getting damaged. Probably best to separate the car from the box and wrap it then flatten the box so it can be reassembled.
