Payment now received from Kingston, Macare, McEwen and Munson also!

Just a heads up,,,the hotel breakfast room allows us to squeeze in 50-55 people.  This is our largest event to date and I now have 66 people counted in for dinner and it's a little late to find another venue, especially a free one!

With that being said, plan on squeezing in tight that night and some of us may have to eat outside on the patio before joining us inside for the raffle and entertainment!

Rene, I like your thinking! I'm suggesting we retire to the pool for our raffle.  The hotel might have other ideas though.

**UPDATE**

This thing has gotten HUGE! I currently have 68 people that have chimed in for dinner, although I haven't received payment from some.

The deadline for me to receive payment is May 25th so I can tally it all up and get the contract finalized and paid in full on Friday the 26th.  The 25th is the ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO PAY.

I know some of you have reached out and checks or PayPal transfers are in the works, but here are the names of those who haven't paid yet.  If you know these folks and know they may not have seen the deadline, please let them know.  I don't want anyone to miss out.

3 more days to get money in for dinner...If you have contact with the following folks please let them know so I can get them counted in for dinner.

Still waiting for Galvan, Ignacio, LaFont, MacCarthy, McIntire, Morris, and Smith

I'll try to PM them, but if anyone has contact info maybe you can let them know of the 5/25 deadline for payment.
