Ditto. It has been since 2010 since I last attended. I was there in 2009 as well. Everyone was special. New old everyone to a man or woman was there to have fun. I will need to be dead or infirm to not make it next year. I accept Scott's challenge to have 30 cars next year.

That little trip video reminded me of the detour we had to take up the Nacimendo / Ferguson road that day because the PCH was closed due to a landslide. We came up upon some US Military Base...perhaps Ft. Leggat Hunter or something and they were whooping it up because they just heard that they killed Osama Bin Laden. Quite a day. I'd do it again it a heartbeat...........
well got some time to find out why my speedster was running so badly last weekend. Plugged injectors and fouled plugs. So lets see what Pat Downs can do to get this racer ripen again......

Just got back into the SOC site and saw I missed quite a few comments regarding the trip.
Believe me when I tell you all that I recognized our shabby hotel accomodations, terrible food, horrendous (and traffic filled) cruises and less than stimulating conversations. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the terrible weather we encountered and the worst concert ever! LOL
Seriously though, it was my pleasure to put all this together for each of you. The fact that our turnout keeps getting better with some amazing people is the best thanks I could have.
As far as next year, if anyone else wants to put it together I will pass the torch to them. I don't want to be the guy who "dictates" how everyone will be spending their weekend. However, if no one has a strong desire to take over, I will be glad to put together next years event with one stipulation. Let's work at making this a 30 car event by keeping it open to Jimbo's "run what ya brung" mentality.
Like everyone has pointed out. This is more of a social group who happens to show up in nice cars!
