Anyone up for a ride up Angeles Crest Hwy either 1/9 or 1/16?
The road is open with some snow near the ski resorts. Good place for some winter calender shots.
Newcomb's Ranch for lunch.

Bill where would this ride take place besides Angeles crest Hwy... Like where would we meet at and such... I know where we're going to EAT at because my Brutha from that different Mutha is going along ..anit that right JIMBO...

If there more than a couple we can meet at the Hillside Cafe located at the corner of Foothill Bl and Angeles Crest Hwy. If just a couple of cars we can meet at the Shell station across the street. This is in La Canada just south of the 210 freeway at the base of the San Gabriel mountains.
How about 11 AM?

Rob, I do not know where you guys are gonna meet up in the OC, but I plan on joining you folks (Jimbo, Will, and Rob) when you guys are on the west bound 210 and cross over the 605 fwy near Duarte/Irwindale... I hope Dylan will be my right seater so we can park on the overpass and look for you cats in our biniculars... I wonder of CHP will tell me I can't park there? I also plan on getting a call from Jimbo when you guys get there too.

Bill - we will meet you, Gerd and Dirk at the Hill Street Cafe on Foothill at 11:00am.

Gerd - traveling East on the 210 take the Angeles Crest Hwy/Foothill Blvd exit. For your GPS, the address for the Hill Street Cafe is 1004 Foothill Blvd (Flintridge/La Canada).

Robert - Will & I are starting our day at Cars & Coffee, then some breakfast (you're welcome to join us) and then getting on the 5 Fwy at 09:00. Let me know (PM or phone) what location along the way would be a convenient spot to hook up with you.

Speedster 'D' - We will meet you off the 210 Fwy at the Staples on Mountain Ave (in Monrovia, West of 605). Take 605 to 210 then West. Take the Mountain Ave exit and proceed (on Central Ave) to Mountain Avenue. Turn right onto Mountain Ave (north) and the Staples will be on your right. I anticipate we should be in that vicinity around 10:15-10:30am. From there it should take us about 20 minutes to get to Angeles Crest exit.

Looks like we may have at least 7 cars on this Crest cruise! Looking forward to it. Be prepared for some cool temps, especially as we climb to the elevation of Newcomb's Ranch on the mountain top.
