Here's some photos of the original CMC whale tale to help Bill out (He's in Hawaii and tail is in Washington State).  Bill's is black.  This was a very rare CMC option back in 1988.  IMHO It looks fabulous on a hunkered down wide body modified Speedster. It offers a great place for an oil cooler or a Subbie radiator

Would be a great solution to a H2O conversion.  Radiator could be plumbed right in the tail plus it gives extra height to the engine intake.  They are so rare - I'm surprized it hasn't sold. Would look great on a hunkered down wide body Speedster.

Thanks for all the replys, advise, compliments etc.  I do appreciate it - I find myself often thinking about doing silly things with this car and it helps to have someone ground you.
