All I can tell you is that Speedster replicas hold their resale value very well; better than any common new car. Depending on specific circumstances you might be able to score a good deal, though.
The nice thing about a car like that is, your not going to have to wait, and it sounds pretty ideal for a Vintage. Because of the add ons and stuff your getting with it and the fact that its already debugged (all new handbuilt cars have some) it really isn't going to go for much less then building a brand new one, but thats ok at least you can see exactly what your getting and you don't have to go through a long painful wait?
From someone who has waited a long time, believe me having a car you can buy and drive in a week is a big plus.
