Seat heater switch? Just a guess on my part.
No, it's not a seat heater switch. I have seat heaters in my 2010 IM and the switches don't look like this.
The logo is the Espar logo (formerly Eberspacher) so my guess would be heat related... They make coolant based heaters as well as their gas fired heaters.
It's a flap valve to divert air-flow. Turn on your blower, move the knob, and observe the air-flow.
Auto pilot steering control switch! Set it in the direction you want to go in, sit back and crack open a beer...
Your car has electric mirrors and this allows you to adjust left or right.....

I like the auto pilot idea. Dug through original owners instruction manual. Henry does a unique one for each new owner. This is actually the fresh air/recirculate switch. R is fresh air and L is recirculate. Not real intuitive.
