What is this IM worth?

I am think of purchasing this Porsche Speedster Replica. It is a Intermeccanica built back in 1979 and rebuilt a couple of years ago. Paint is about 10 years old and in good condition. It has a well built 2110cc engine and stock swing axle trans. Current owner installed disc brakes up front and Flat4 Fuch replica wheels. Interior is very nice and in great condition. Any thoughts....
