Those look like one of the models of chairs Pelican Parts sells. IIRC, the company that makes them is the same one that made Marty’s custom seats for his Alfa restoration.
They are extremely out of place.
The Brandwood shifter suggests to me this car is a Thunder Ranch. The seats that came with TRs are narrower than Beck uses, which gives room for the shifter box. This one has that shifter mounted forward, on top of the bulkhead. Either it's a modded Beck or a re-badged TR fitted out for a larger person.

I’m more put off by the color than I am the seats.
Don't know what it is. I don’t feel this way about any other car, with the exception of a few Ferraris, than the Spyder. Silver, White, French Racing Blue. I’m not really a fan of the silver-blue that a lot of Becks are painted.
Oddly enough, it’s pretty close to one that’s on the original factory brochure.

Did you even look at the pictures? The car is clearly an early Beck from Upland, CA, and is serial number 146. The car is much modified from it's original configuration. It has individual pedals with hydraulic clutch, instead of the VW assembly.
I feel bad for the bent and twisted right side engine grille(why didn't they bend it back straight?). I also find it funny that they used rolls of tape to hold the doors open for pictures.
Looks like a Vintage Motorcars Inc. ceramic-coated exhaust system to me. And it's got 4 wheel drilled-rotor brakes on it. Some really nice parts are on it.
The first Spyder I've ever seen with headrest seats. They do look out of place, as do the "roll bars" that have zero structure to keep them vertical in a rollover.
I saw the ID plate on it, Danny: "Either it's a modded Beck or a re-badged TR fitted out for a larger person."
This is a Beck, early CA kit, highly modified as mentioned above. We believe it was the car form the movie "Love Potion #9" but are not 100% positive. As far as I know it recently sold to a guy in Canada and his first task was seat replacement.
seats look to me like the old Procar 90's sold for aftermarket VW fitment. I used to see them int he Scat catalogs all the time
I would expect they have the driver and passenger sitting with their heads above the windshield.
