These are on the car I just bought all around. The PO does not know... they are 5-bolt 5.5 x15. I like them yet I'd like to get a wider wheel for the rear for the widebody

Look like Porsche Fuchs (pronounced books). Bolt pattern 5x130. If you were able to have one without tires mounted, you could tell if they are real or replica. Real Fuchs are alloy and very light weight.

If they are real, they are very valuable (your set of 4 would be around $2K). Options include a quality spacer (search tab) or replica wheel in wider width for the rear.

Like Jim said, they are Fuchs.  They look horrible on a Speedster, but I'll give you $20 each for them if you buy some new wheels.
Seriously, they are my favorite wheel in the world and the one in the picture looks extremely nice and could very well be a real Fuchs rather than a knock-off, but even some of the knock-offs are very nice.
I say keep them and enjoy them and post some pics of the whole car.
"books"?  Really. books with a "B"?

They are original equipment on 911's, and a very high quality wheel. A genuine Fuchs wheel is forged, the back side is machined and very smooth as well and you will see a part # starting with 901 or 911 (probably 901.361012.04, as the 5 1/2's were marked). Some earlier wheels were ink-stamped with the part #'s but most have raised letters/numbers as part of the forging. A Fuchs 5.5x15 will weigh about 11 lbs. They came as 15x4 1/2's, 5 1/2's, 6's, 7's (2 different offsets, or backspacings), 8's, 9's and 11's. They made 16's as well- 6's, 7's, 8's, and 9's

Note- Some people believe they are magnesium, but they are not; they are forged from aluminum. Mahle "gasburners" are the only magnesium wheel ever made for Porsche (that came on a production car) that I know of. 15x5 1/2"and about 9lbs; they're really light!

As Jim said, cast copies are heavier (16 or 17lbs for cast vs 12lbs. for a 15x6) and the backside of the rim area is not as smooth (the ones I've seen). I know 15x4 1/2's 51/2's and 6's have been made. I think 15x7 cast copies have been made in the past but a quick look at California Import Parts online didn't dig up any. I'm not sure if the 16's have been copied.

Thanks, guys! When the car gets here I can pull a wheel and see if they are genuine or re-pops. I thought they might be Fuchs similar what I've seen on 911's

I saw one of these wide-bodies a few years ago in AZ with the same type wheel, narrow in the front and about 8'' in the rear. Made the car look nasty

If they are re-pops where do I look for a wider rim...Fuchs are expensive$$$

If yours are 5.5x15" then they might actually have a 901 part number and a heart instead of a fox.  If so - I'd put them up for sale and look for some 16 or 17" replicas - add new tires and bank the rest of the $$$.

Here's link to part numbers, offsets, weights, etc.

A little paint (or a lot of polishing) and you can really the look!

'Books' was not what I typed! I hate when Auto-Correct messes with the shirt I write on here!

One of the best German words is Rathaus --- which is appropriately City Hall

Schmuck is not a putz but is something the ladies like --- jewelry

I'm guessing or assuming I should say that it is pronounced rat-house??
