What Kit/Body do I have?

I recently bought a started kit from a guy. He stated that it was a flared IM on a 71 Frame. Can anyone help me distinguish....? I would like to know actual kit...It came with a Vintage Build Manual...I know this means nothing any help would be great

I'll also suggest more photo's but it looks a heck of a lot like my CMC wide. The door fitment, the degree of flare, what I could see of the windshield components, etc. Don't think it's an I.M. What also caught my attention was the short wheelbase; looks like the way mine came out. The position of the front wheels in their wells; approx. 1-1/2" short of center??

It probably is a CMC, Looks like seats have been upgarded to VS's

There's an interior shot in his folder. Looks like a CMC to me.

The seats are definitely VS. The left front wheel looks like CMC or the pan may just be short. Post some pictures of the hood and trunk hinges.

Ok it looks like the overall decision is it is a CMC. I did add pic of rear area ....What do you think after seeing hinges....

Tim you are right ...short about 1 1/2 inch on driver side and about 3/4 short on passenger...Looks like I have some work to do....

I guess I will list my build as a 2004 Other/Unknown....:)

One way I can sometimes tell is by looking at the frame that's added to the pan. I especially like to look behind the dash to see if there is a sqare tube that goes between the two front door uprights, and what it looks like. I've seen some Fiber Fab cars that did not have the square tube behind the dash. Also, we all know what the CMC molded dash pads look like.

Read my thread on "Wheelbase Dilemna - Resolved", and see if the tools could be of some use. Must have been an error in the manual; I see a lot of pics revealing this problem. My measured wheelbase came out just like the Fiberfab manual suggested, and it was that short!
I have a photo of the IM Flared body, and it's definately wider - more "Outlaw-ish" than the more prevelent makers. CMC; I'll put anybody else's money on it, I'm that sure!
