What screws do I use?

My new plates are coming in. I have a new VS, with a bottom mount bracket. I put on a temporary plate with some make shift screws and clips but it moves around like crazy. Where do I find proper screws and fasteners so the plate will stay in place but the screws don

How about the plastic license plate bolts -- come blk, wht, and red. 4 for few bucks.

marty, i purchased a chrome license plate and the nuts and bolts that came with it worked just fine

I use very short quarter-twenty bolts and nylock nuts. Very effective.
Probably overkill.

Go to an autoparts store and look up the license plate frames. They have fasteners of all types, some with reflectors and some made of nylon or different plastic that you could trim as not to scratch.
