Ok, I'm a little confused, you say its more in your price range, but I don't see any price on the car. The bidding point it is at now "has not met reserve" so you must know something we don't? I think you had better take anything your interested in to someone who can look the car over and evaluate it for you. Regardless of how "cheap" you can buy it. I once saw a CMC in Cedar Rapids for 10k and I wouldn't take it if you had given it to me. (it wasn't worth putting a tank of gas in). It just depends, you never know without serious research and checking the car.
