It's basically a tricked out, mean looking car; it applies mostly to vintage Porsches which aren't restored to factory specs. Sort of like a Porsche "hot rod". Some of the main characteristics is that they tend to be lowered (mostly in the back), nerf bars instead of bumpers , no hubcaps, tricked out engines, etc. I hope you get the idea.
Vegas isn't called "SIN city" for nothing.....
for some of us, it's like Dying and going to heaven....
Weather was perfect, lost a few dollars in the casino, The "Love" show (Teri's choice) was very good, NASCAR race was great, except for all those dumb ass rednecks.......(only kidding)
fastest 48 hrs I've had in a while.....

I have MR356 in the Hermosa Beach St Patty's day parade this Saturday
(got talked into it by some drinking buddies after a few scotches.
A few too many I think)...
Angela, have you been holding out on me? Where did the windshield on the obviously-Emory-built 43 car come from?
Dang, Terry. I'm just the idiot who started cutting. That's credit due the Wrench. I'll tell him.
And Kelly, I wish I had a lawn. Townhouse for me, amigo. Yard's like a postage stamp. I mow with a weedwhacker.
Hi Desi! Welcome Back! You know I forgot about that description (getting to the point where I can hide my own easter eggs...). So I found it and copied it below:

Outlaw is like hot-rod. No clear definition. But no one ever says, gee what a cute little car when they ride in an outlaw/hot-rod. They say things like "wow," "OMG" "YEE FREAKING HAW" and other things that the language censor will stomp out if I write them.

Outlaw/hotrod is all about attitude. About presence. A very powerful super nice stock car is never an outlaw. The car you describe, in very stock appearance will be "super nice" but not an outlaw. If you lower it a little too far, put wheels that are too wide on, barely street legal tires and fierce exhaust to a stout engine throwing out far more HP than any self respecting manufacturer dreamed of - now you are moving into Outlaw territory.

Outlaws are the bad boys of the speedster world. We are irresistably drawn to them like a moth to the flame.
