The kit is on a 1960's pre cut cahssis with 1600 cc motor.
All the parts are there, just needs to be finished?
The chassis does have some rust but other than that, everything else is new??

In 89 my CMC kit with "Vintage" gauges, interior kit, $10 radio, tonneau, conv top, side curtain kit, lights, and pre hung doors was just under $8k. Bumper overriders, show roll bar, real VDO guages, chrome wheels and windup windows were about only options available. This was with no chassis, trans or engine. (CMC and FiberFab were same company).

Hope this doesn't sound negative but doing speedster projects for years has educated me with actual build costs and what a buildable kit is worth .
It's worth what you think it's worth...... to you, depending how much of the assembly you can do yourself.
You mention that it's all there, well "yes" perhaps but you will surely change out this and that, this adds to the initial costs. Chassis rust.....probably needs a complete opverhaul that runs $2500 in parts etc.
A "complete" CMC flared fendeded kit less less chassis $ 2500 to $4000 add $500 for a base buildable chassis or a $1000 if it has been pro- cut down.
Add another $2000 for the stock non flared version .
