Do you need them for hub-centric wheels?
Yes, they exist, but you don't want That one - why? Because it is made from a cast aluminum alloy ring. The key word is CAST. Cast parts, especially a ring like that, are inherintly weak, meaning that the studs can be ripped right out, under the right stress conditions. Just accept that. It's late and I don't want to get in to a metallurgy discussion just before going to bed. Cast is bad, forged (Billet) is good.
That particular part looks like an adapter from a 4X130 bolt pattern to a 5X130 bolt pattern, hence, the extra three holes (or it can be used on either bolt pattern). You probably don't want something like that, but just want the 5X130 spacer.
What you want is a "hub centric" Porsche 5X130 spacer (versus "bolt centric", where they center the ring on the bolt circle), and there are two variations, both available from Pelican parts. The first is a stack-up of metal spacers (think of a bunch of rings, each 1/8" or 1/4" thick. LOTS of Porsches (911 style) use them. Stoddard has them, too, but I like the ones from Pelican.
The second version is a single, forged piece of billet Aluminum, machined hub-centric to your hub dimension and to the thickness you want to move your wheels to where you want them. Again, many people use them, in increments up to about 2" thick. I have them, and mine are 1-1/8" thick and I've had no problems with them.
I have found it best to call Pelican on the phone to order something like this because of how they are a dimensioned, custom product, so they need the person-to-person interaction. When they are delivered to you they will look like jewelry, they're that nicely made. Expect to pay $100-$150 each for them (that's per wheel).
Hope this helps. Gn
I need because the way my center caps sits, it has nothing to press against and It make a tiny noise at low speed. The full spacer will give something for the center cap to press up against.
Marty: Am I interpreting correctly that this is the type of spacer you need?
This is what Henry had to put on my rear hubs: a good German made spacer:

Thanks guys!
Pelican (link provided) has Elephant racing hub centric spacers in various thickness for a decent price of $135/pr. They are bolt thru so only a spacer and not an adapter so cast will hold up. They also have the thick H&R ones like Bob posted - they bolt on then wheel bolts to them so strength is critical as they are more of an adapter.
