See what I mean. They just don't care. Heck i was told later that mine nearly fell off the trailler when the Dualley pulling it threw a axle. They did lose some parts too worse was the driverside side curtain.. a custom fitted peace.
The only thing that kept me from refuseing the car was that I knew that I was going to convert it into a Drauzs prototype from the word go..

I sold all that stuff. PS Just Please don't try to blind me again. with the Philsbury Doe girls. My eyes cant handle that!!!!!!
I've only seen one car delivered in rolling chassis shape.
When Tom deWalt and Kelly Frazer had their cars delivered, there was another one in the trailer. JPS' roller was a really nice looking body, with straight lines and good curves, no body ripples and a solid feel. If you were to ask John to set a body outside for a couple seasons to make sure it shrank correctly, I'm sure he would.
If you tip the paint guy enough and ask him to block-sand and prep it, even a CMC body wouldn't be a bad way to go -- but I'd have to say that JPS was looking pretty good, even in primer.
Obviously, Beck and Vintage are proven performers in the build-it-yourselfer category. They use great materials and have excellent quality control, but I've never seen one of theirs in the rough.

Hey, Wolfgang -- how's your CMC coming along?
