Where is the is tag on old IM's ?

If there isn't one in the drivers side door jamb...then check the hinges on the rear deck lid.  Most of the hinges were cast with Intermecannica on them. The side trim on the Ims were usually a wide alum molding.

Thank you ; But I'm wondering if Intermecannica has any engraved I.D. somewhere on the Tub . My door jam has the California assigned vin only.   The deck-lid & bonnet hinges both have the cast intermeccanica logo on them .

My IM has an engraved plate up in the corner of the drivers side dash where it meets the windshield. Hope this helps.
